Economic Law  is a practical specialty which seeks the well-being of people and their environment by providing quality of life with protected interests that show sustainable development. Also, by showing the key elements that improve life. This refers to environmental health as a goal to be achieved by the economic legal system. As stated on the Constitution of the Republic of Mexico, in its article 40: “every person has the right to an appropriate environment for his or her development and well-being, and every family has the right to have a house.
